Destiny and self-determiantion in sparing word: the greek epic and tradegy
Abstract
The warned reader is invited to discover the principIe that contains the hidden meaning in Sparing words of the Colombian writer Ernesto Clubs. The laconic words of Elena, Penelope and Klytemnestra and its extensive work, that bind the cycles of Tebas and Troy, discover the struggle of a double nature that, in the form of Destiny, governs the imperfect and mortal Gods. Discovering also that this double nature human passions have emerged successfuly in a great epic, tragic and historical scene.
