Posibilidad epistemológica de una teoría iusnaturalista. Reseña de algunos argumentos

Abstract

The cotemporary iussnaturalistic doctrines must try to answer the difficulties which obsturct the acceptance of the existence of a natural rght. If truth is the most important thing, critcism to iusnaturalistic thought must appraised, the appropiate laguage which allows the dialogue with the ones who vindicate different positions must be searched, the fat that the iusnaturalists don't have to limit themselves to determined methods must be accepted, and the fact that there is not always an answer to the complex problemsto of the current society must be admitted as well.
