Los cuentos de Carver
Abstract
Raymond Carver’s stories are often desolating: they reflect how dissolved our society is, where everything seems essentially unstable. Anyway, this article’s author asks if it would be possible to find a window to hope in these stories, that is, if we shouldn’t always maintain firmly the magnitude of the human condition, in spite of the weakness of its concrete realizations. The answer, going on the search of love which goes through some of these stories, is affirmative.
