Perspectivas diurnas en "Residencia en la tierra"
Abstract
Residence on Earth gathers together the vanguard work of Pablo Neruda, a unique and contrasting period in his poetical production. These diurnal perspectives propose an interpretación of the senses which the day assumes inside the poetical work : a circular and standing day, antithetic, able to decompose everything it touches; maybe the element which better synthesizes the author's cosmovisión during this period.
The day of Residence.. .allows comparisons with Baudelaire's vital experience. The interpretation of this Neruda's phase -the only one which he himself would have liked to exterminate due to its recurrent pessimism- is an excuse to understand the co-ordinates, keys and needs of the vanguard experience.
